South American Wine Dinner featuring Natural Wines of Chile & Argentina
Join the deadhorse hill team for a South American wine dinner in collaboration with Worcester Wine Festival.
An evening inspired by wine director Julia Auger’s recent harvest trip to Chile and Argentina. Drawing from the landscape of New England and translating it to the traditional dishes of South America. Expect to see chef Jared Forman cooking over wood fire and the kitchen team preparing smaller dishes highlighting the final days of summer coming to your table to share.
Each course will be paired with a winemaker Julia met while traveling the southern hemisphere and adhere to the deadhorse hill style of nothing added and nothing left behind. Their commitment to serving natural wines by smaller producers who identify as farmers first. Take this as an opportunity to taste the real Chile and Argentina through the deadhorse hill looking glass.

as guests begin to arrive sparkling chilean wine will be flowing and small snacks passed to begin the evening.
