Pig Roast Wine Dinner

Enjoy a Pig Roast with a Spanish flair paired with decadent wines to elevate the dining experience at Bocado. Wines are hand selected from Joge Ordonez to pair with the four course meal starting with a cheese and charcuterie greeting paired with Sangria and ending with a signature churros dessert. The first course consists of fried calamari, red onion, shaved parsnip and carrot, warm chorizo Shishito pepper dressing, Idiazabal paired with Avancia (Godello), Valdeorras, 2013. The second course includes roasted forest mushrooms, toasted thyme bread crumbs paired with Avancia (Mencia), Valdeorras, 2013. Immediately following is the third course of lamb, pimenton goat cheese, sweet pea herb purée, allioli paired with Avante (Tinto Fino/Tempranillo), Ribera Del Duero, 2011, before the signature, family style, whole roasted pig, which is served with patatas bravas and marinated roasted peppers, onions and mushrooms and paired with a perfect Brega (Garnacha), Aragon, 2014.
