The goal of the Worcester Wine Festival is to introduce consumers and industry leaders throughout the region to some beautiful wines in a comfortable, elegant environment. In addition to wine vendors, a handful of personally invited food and non-alcoholic drink vendors will be sharing their fare with ticket holders. Unlike other wine festivals, the Worcester Wine Festival prides itself on letting guests experience these wines and foods without cattle-call-like lines. The festival’s atmosphere allows for consumers and industry leaders to mingle and talk to vintners, wineries, and distributors to learn more about the unique processes that go into each vendor’s wine and food. Whether guests are tasting for their restaurants or their own palates, the hand approved wines and food options will change anyone’s preconceived notion of what a wine festival used to be.

Looking to be part of the festival?
Vendors looking to participate can submit an application within the registration page (Sorry, registration is full for 2018). A non-refundable table fee payment will be required at time of registration and each table must have at least 4 (but no more than 8) bottles with a minimum retail price of $15 per bottle. Once successfully registered, your wine selection will be reviewed and you’ll be notified if your registration and wines are approved. The Festival will provide a spittoon for every table and a large communal ice bucket that can be utilized to chill back stock wine. Tabletop ice buckets for display are not provided.
Vendors are NOT permitted to bring free-standing posters or props that may clutter the elegant atmosphere of the festival. Space is extremely limited and we ask that you are respectful of your neighbor’s space.
